Welcome to Mr. Winstead's Room
As we begin our creative journey together, I'd like to welcome you into my K-3 art room (or for those of you at the high school, my Photography I and II Lab).
From this site, you'll be able to check in with what we are doing in our classroom, in conjunction with what the other teachers are teaching in their rooms.
It has always been my philosophy that the art classroom should directly reflect what is being taught in other subjects, as artistic expression can provide a fantastic outcome for a question that has a difficult answer.
With the increase of technology in our classrooms (and in almost every facet of our lives), I am excited to be able to combine my love of art, my interest in photography and the privilege of teaching your students. Thank you for your continued support in every creative interest we tackle!
